Who we are
This website, beaglecorp.com, is operated by Beagle AI Automation, Inc. (“Beagle”, “we”, “us”). If you have any question about this policy or about your data, email info@beaglecorp.com.
What we collect and why
We collect information in three situations:
- AI Implementation Guide requests. When you ask for the free guide we collect your name, work email, the operational challenge you describe (optional), your answers and scores from the AI readiness assessment if you completed it, the page you submitted from and the time of submission. We use this to generate and email your personalised guide and to follow up with you about Beagle's services.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address on our behalf. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site and measure which pages lead to enquiries.
- Booking a call. Discovery calls are scheduled through Calendly. Once you interact with the page, the site fetches Calendly's scheduling script, so Calendly receives your IP address. Clicking a booking button opens Calendly's scheduler inside the page, which loads Calendly's own and its partners' scripts and cookies under Calendly's privacy policy before you type anything. Calendly shares the booking details with us so we can hold the call.
The site assistant (the chat widget) runs entirely in your browser using pre-written answers. Your questions are not sent to Beagle or to any third party.
Where your data goes
Guide requests are handled by an automated workflow that stores the request in our database, uses an AI model to draft the personalised guide from your answers, and sends it to you by email. The services involved are n8n (workflow automation), Supabase (database hosting), Google Gemini (guide generation) and Resend (email delivery). Each provider processes data only to perform that step; the guide prompt contains your answers and the challenge you described, not your name or email address. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which receives your IP address when the page loads; fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep guide requests and related correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you about Beagle's services, and delete them on request. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics retention setting for our account.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
- You can opt out of follow-up email by replying to any message we send you.
- You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your supervisory authority.

Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page when the way we handle data changes and update the “last updated” date above.
