What an AI automation agency does
An AI automation agency takes work your team does by hand, such as answering routine calls, keying invoice data into an accounting system or chasing approvals, and builds software that does it. Workflow automation covers the steps that follow fixed rules. AI agents cover the steps that involve reading a document, answering a question or holding a conversation.
Beagle works as your AI team. We cover strategy, build, deployment and ongoing support end to end, so you do not need in-house AI experts. We involve your IT team for access and permissions. Every engagement delivers working software that we build, deploy and support, not a report or a tool to figure out alone.
Six kinds of systems we build
Our AI automation services fall into six groups. The architecture is modular, so you can begin with one and add others later without starting over.
- Intelligent Workflow Automation: multi-step workflows such as invoice processing or employee onboarding, built with tools like n8n. This covers document processing and OCR, automated approval flows and integrations with your business tools.
- AI Voice Agents: natural-sounding agents that answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, provide support and can make outbound calls.
- AI Chatbots & Assistants: conversational AI for customer service, helpdesk, sales qualification and knowledge retrieval, with CRM and API integrations.
- AI Analytics & Decision Support: custom AI models for predictions, risk scoring and anomaly detection, integrated into your dashboards.
- Lead Generation & Sales Automation: AI that finds, scores and nurtures leads through personalized email sequences and AI voice follow-ups.
- Custom AI Products: bespoke AI applications built on evolvable foundations, with performance monitoring.
How an engagement runs
An engagement runs in four steps. The first one is free.
- Discovery call (15 minutes, free): we map your current operations and identify the highest-value automation opportunities. You leave with a prioritized list of AI use cases.
- Solution design (1 to 2 weeks): a modular implementation plan that defines data flows, integration points, KPIs and success criteria before any code is written, with sign-off at every stage.
- Build and deploy (2 to 6 weeks): iterative sprints, with QA on each workflow before production. We handle infrastructure, security configuration and staff onboarding.
- Optimize and evolve (ongoing): we monitor each workflow against the agreed KPIs and iterate on real usage data.
You own the AI agents and workflow automation we build
We build on an open, self-hosted stack: n8n for workflows, open-source AI models and Supabase for data. You keep full ownership of your data, with no vendor lock-in and no black boxes. If required, the solution can be deployed inside your own cloud environment.
Because the stack is built from open tools, the workflows and data are open to inspection instead of hidden inside a proprietary platform. The system is yours to keep evolving. Adding a voice agent, a new integration or more automations later does not mean starting over.
How to start
You do not need to choose among our AI automation services before talking to us. Identifying the highest-value automation opportunities is what the discovery call is for. There are three free ways to start.
- AI readiness assessment: 5 questions, about 2 minutes, no sign-up, with an instant score and diagnostics.
- AI Implementation Guide: personalized and sent by email, covering where you are, three quick wins for the next 30 days, a 90-day roadmap, a recommended stack and estimated impact.
- Discovery call: 15 minutes, free, no pitch.
Questions buyers ask
What is the difference between an AI agent and an automation?
An automation follows fixed steps: when an invoice arrives, it extracts the fields, routes the invoice for approval and posts it to the accounting system. An AI agent is given a goal and works out the next step itself, such as holding a phone conversation to qualify a lead and book an appointment. The two are usually combined. AI agents handle the parts that need language or judgment, and workflow automation handles the fixed steps around them.
Do we need in-house AI experts to work with Beagle?
No. We act as your AI team and handle strategy, build, deployment and ongoing support. We involve your IT team for access and permissions, and staff onboarding is part of the build and deploy step.
Where does our data live?
We build on an open, self-hosted stack, with Supabase for data and n8n for workflows. You keep full ownership of your data, and the solution can be deployed inside your own cloud environment if required. Data flows and integration points are defined during solution design, before any code is written.
How long does an AI automation project take?
The discovery call takes 15 minutes. Solution design takes 1 to 2 weeks, and build and deploy takes 2 to 6 weeks, with each workflow going through QA before production. After launch, workflows are monitored against the agreed KPIs and iterated on real usage data.
